When the subconscious mind expects something, it tends to bring things about. The expectation is a self- fulfilling prophecy. You HAVE to expect results when you tell your subconscious mind how it’s going to go! You have to keep a positive attitude. If it seems impossible some days, don’t give up, it will get better! Practice makes perfect! Remember, we have 100% control of our own thinking, never forget that. Believe in yourself because no one will believe in you like you do!
