If we speak negative to ourselves we will come off as not having any confidence, which can keep us from a lot of good things in life. Not having any confidence can keep us from healthy relationships, a job we may really want and/or nice things in general because we don’t believe subconsciously that we deserve nice things. Our childhood has a lot to do with the health of our subconscious mind, especially if a person was raised in an abusive enviroment. One of the most important things we need to know about the subconscious mind is that it is always “on”. That is, it is active day and night, regardless of what we are doing. Our subconscious mind controls our whole body. We have to take care of our subconscious mind. If we feed it with affirmations continuesly, it will become stronger and that in turn will make us mentally stronger. Our subconscious mind not only controls all the processes of the body but also already knows answers to everything. Anything that captured in our subconscious mind will affect us in emotions, occurrences and events. Therefore, we need to watch closely what thoughts and ideas that sway our mind. Stress, anxiety and fear can disrupt the natural rhythm of breathing, heart rate and work of any other part of the body. We need to aquire in our subconscious mind thoughts of health, peace and harmony, all the functions of the body will return to normal.
