The Ability Behind the Subconscious Mind Part II

“In quoting others, we cite ourselves.” — Julio Cortázar

Around the Day in Eighty Worlds

The words that we speak to ourselves make a big impact on how we carry ourselves. If we speak negative to ourselves we will come off as not having any confidence, which can keep us from a lot of good things in life. Not having any confidence can keep us from healthy relationships, a job we may really want and/or nice things in general because we don’t believe subconsciously that we deserve nice things. Our childhood has a lot to do with the health of our subconscious mind, especially if a person was raised in an abusive enviroment.
One of the most important things we need to know about the subconscious mind is that it is always “on”.
That is, it is active day and night, regardless of what we are doing. Our subconscious mind controls our whole body. We have to take care of our subconscious mind. If we feed it with affirmations continuesly, it will become stronger and that in turn will make us mentally stronger.
Our subconscious mind not only controls all the processes of the body but also already knows answers to everything.
Anything that captured in our subconscious mind will affect us in emotions, occurrences and events. Therefore, we need to watch closely what thoughts and ideas that sway our mind.
Stress, anxiety and fear can disrupt the natural rhythm of breathing, heart rate and work of any other part of the body. We need to aquire in our subconscious mind thoughts of health, peace and harmony, all the functions of the body will return to normal.
Using meditation techniques can help shape our subconscious mind for more positive outcomes in your life.

The Ability Behind The Subconscious Mind

” The biggest mistake a woman can make is to not be herself in public or private.”
Diane Von Furstenberg

” We are what we think.”

Have you ever wondered how you just KNEW something? Some believe that

the subconscious mind connects with infinity, with the divine. It’s part of our soul. I have to say I agree with that myself from the studying I have done over the years.

Explained by Wikipedia, In psychology, the subconscious is the part of the mind that is not currently in focal awareness. The word subconscious represents an anglicized version of the French subconscient as coined by the psychologist Pierre Janet (1859–1947), who argued that underneath the layers of critical-thought functions of the conscious mind lay a powerful awareness that he called the subconscious mind.

George Papada said, ” The subconscious mind can reveal to us anything we need to know.

That it’s what connects us with Universal Intelligence.

And that from the moment the subconscious mind accepts something it begins to set it in an application. Thus the need to watch what we think, and believe.”

If you want to have a happier, less stressful life, it is time to understand that we are the ones in control of that. We have to

Practice positive self-talk. I know, trust me, how uncomfortable it is to tell myself positive things about myself to myself! When the subconscious mind expects something, it tends to bring things about. The expectation is a self- fulfilling prophecy. You HAVE to expect results when you tell your subconscious mind how it’s going to go! You have to keep a positive attitude. If it seems impossible some days, don’t give up, it will get better! Practice makes perfect! Remember, we have 100% control of our own thinking, never forget that. Believe in yourself because no one will believe in you like you do!
